Getting started
- Install Experaise CRO from the Shopify App Store and open it from your admin (Apps, then Experaise CRO).
- The home screen checks that your store is ready: an Online Store 2.0 theme, at least four products published with a photo and a price, one collection with products, and a free slot in your theme library.
- Start your 7-day free trial or subscribe to Experaise Pro ($30 per month).
- Click “Create my homepage”. Experaise CRO reads your store, chooses the sections, writes their texts, creates the images it needs and writes everything into a new, unpublished copy of your theme. It takes 12 to 20 minutes; you can leave the page.
- Review each section in the workshop: redo or replace a section, reorder sections, then open the copy in the Shopify theme editor to adjust anything by hand. When you are happy, publish the copy from Online Store, then Themes.
Frequently asked questions
Does Experaise CRO change my live store? No. It only writes to an unpublished copy of your theme. Your published theme, header, menus and footer are never modified, and nothing is published without you.
How do credits work? Experaise Pro includes 30 credits every 30 days: a complete page (homepage, collection or product page) uses 10 credits, redoing or replacing one section uses 1 credit. The 7-day trial includes 10 credits. Credits do not carry over to the next period. If a generation fails on our side, its credits are returned.
My store has 20 themes. Shopify allows 20 themes per store. Delete a theme you no longer need (Online Store, then Themes), then come back: Experaise CRO needs one free slot for its copy. Experaise CRO never deletes a theme itself.
My store is password protected. Generation works as usual. To see the section photos in the app, enter your storefront password in the workshop; it is stored encrypted and only used for these photos.
Does Experaise CRO invent reviews or claims? No. Texts only use what your store publishes: products, collections, policies, pages and reviews. A section that needs reviews is left out when your store has none.
How do I cancel? Open Experaise CRO, then Pricing, then “Cancel subscription”, or uninstall the app. Pages already created stay in your themes.
